Terms of Service

By accessing or using Techstyles, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our service.

Techstyles provides project management, client CRM, procurement, time tracking, and business tools for interior design studios. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. Notify us immediately at hello@techstyles.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

Techstyles offers optional integrations with third-party services including Google Gmail and Google Calendar. By connecting a third-party account, you authorise Techstyles to access only the data scopes you approve during the connection flow.

Your use of third-party services is governed by those services' own terms and privacy policies. Techstyles is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. You may disconnect any integration at any time from your account settings.

You agree not to misuse Techstyles. Prohibited conduct includes: attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service; using the service to store or transmit unlawful content; reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code; reselling or sublicensing access without written permission.

You retain full ownership of the data you upload or create in Techstyles. We process your data only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a subscription basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with overdue payments after reasonable notice.

You retain ownership of your data and content. Techstyles retains ownership of the platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation. Nothing in these terms transfers intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited right to use the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techstyles is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity. Upon termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Techstyles operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
